Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We offer affordable careplans for individuals and families and easy monthly payment options. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.

Since 2013, Dr. Conde has built a reputation for her knowledge and expertise as a chiropractor. She has her gentle approach to adjusting the spine that makes everyone feel comfortable in her hands. It is with love and passion that she serves the community of the city of South Fulton and now Fayetteville and Riverdale.
A graduate of a historically black university, North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University in Greensboro, N.C. and earned her doctorate at the prestigious Chiropractic school at Life University in Marietta, GA, she fell in love with the amazing natural healing ability of the human body.
